Alwan no longer offers term loans. Alwan's product is the Alwan Credit line, governed by the Credit Facility Agreement.
If you have an Alwan term loan made before the credit line, it continues under the Loan Disclosure Statement and the terms you accepted for it, which you can view in the app. The lender is Alwan.
For any such loan:
- You may repay the whole loan at any time, with no fee for paying early.
- Collection follows the same rules as the credit line: messages only through your registered channels, always identifying the lender, and never to people in your contact list or to a character reference.
- The Privacy Notice governs how your personal data is processed.
